Advising you about Shipping during Covid 19
Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are regularly in touch with the fulfillment centers to get an update on the shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Shipping
There is a processing time of 2-3 days & there after it will take 4-6 days for the product to reach you. So ideally the product should reach you within 5-8 working days in the Metro locations & 6-9 working days in Non-Metro locations. Once the product is shipped you will be notified which you can track the same.

Returns
At Dumptee, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
Once an order is received, it is sent for production on real-time basis & you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. Kindly ensure to update the right shipping details as once the information captured at the time of booking cannot be changed and we will not offer replacements or refunds for any errors from customer’s end.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues, dispatched wrong size or color and such. Do send us an email at support@dumptee.com with the picture of the product received.

In case a replacement order is arranged, kindly send us back the original tshirt at the address mentioned below with the original package & invoice. Kindly ensure the product is unused & is in original condition. You may choose to either accept a ‘Refund’ or a ‘Replacement’ from us.
